Dr. Andrew, Synnott
Chiropractor, CSCS, Acupuncture Provider
Dr. Andrew Synnott grew up in Windsor-Essex playing many sports at a high level. After Junior hockey, he used his passion for athletics, fitness, and health and completed a Bachelor of Human Kinetics at the University of Windsor. During that time, he worked as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach.
Wanting to continue to expand his knowledge of musculoskeletal health and performance, he attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto and graduated 4 years later with honors.
As a Chiropractor, acupuncture provider, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Dr. Andrew blends manual therapy, movement assessment, and exercise to help individuals of all fitness levels reach their full potential and stay injury-free. He also has a strong interest in the assessment and treatment of concussions.
Dr. Andrew’s most recent athletic endeavors include playing hockey, strength training for longevity, and training for races–both half and full marathons.
Most of these training sessions feature Andrew’s wife Dr. Samantha ND., their son Noah, and dog Zephyr!
Dr. Josh Synnott
Chiropractor, Functional Range Release Provider, Acupuncture Provider
Dr Josh Synnott graduated from the University of Windsor, Human Kinetics program in 2015 and obtained his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2019.
Following Chiropractic College, he returned to Windsor and joined his brother at All Systems Wellness. He continued to hone his skills working alongside several experiences clinicals at Genesis Health Center.
He enjoys treating a variety of patients, including young athletes & older individuals looking to maintain health & independence.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and staying active with hockey, running & strength training.
Dr. Andrew Bigness
Chiropractor, Primary Spine Practitioner, Advanced Clinical Practitioner in Arthritis Care
Dr. Andrew Bigness earned his Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from the University of Windsor in 2002. In 2006 he attained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where he earned Cum Laude and Clinic Honours distinctions.
In 2018, Dr. Bigness was certified as a Primary Spine Practitioner by the University Of Pittsburgh, and in 2020 Dr. Bigness became a certified Advanced Clinical Practice in Arthritis Care (ACPAC) clinician by the University of Toronto in association with Sick Kids Hospital, St. Michael’s Hospital, and the University Health Network.
Dr. Bigness practices an evidence-informed model of Chiropractic, which includes functional and orthopedic assessment, surgical triage, self-management strategies, diversified manipulation, soft tissue therapy, kinesiology taping, and rehabilitation through exercise.
Dr. Bigness’ working experience includes family practice, clinical lead duties within integrated health teams, team trainer and chiropractor for an OVFL football team, and independent chiropractic examinations. Dr. Bigness is currently an Advanced Practice Practitioner and Practice Lead for the Rapid Access Clinic for Low Back Pain at St. Michael’s Hospital. His prime objective is to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care in an ethical manner.
